American Remodeling Corp. Entry Sales Position

At American Remodeling Corp., canvassing is an integral part of our grassroots efforts. As a part of our canvassing team, we will train you and set you up for success. You will work directly with our Canvassing Manager and the canvassing team to generate leads and set appointments with qualified homeowners looking for roofing, gutter, siding, windows, and door services.

The Canvassing manager will map out specific neighborhoods for you and provide the materials you will need to set appointments. You will be expected to travel to these predetermined neighborhoods, door-to-door, seeking to set sales opportunities for our sales team.

The position is to make qualified homeowners aware of American Remodeling Corp.’s services and the benefits of working with us.

Pay/Benefits

• Hourly plus bonuses and commission

Career Development Program

Our goal for our canvassers is to develop them into our sales position.

Career Development Breakdown: After 90 days, canvassers that have shown success and reliability will be given the opportunity to become a member of our in-house sales team. American Remodeling will train and pay for your MHIC Salesperson test, along with train you for future success.

Position Responsibilities

• Talk to homeowners about their remodeling needs
• Achieve daily and weekly goals
• Attend necessary trainings and meetings
• Maintain accurate records on house-to-house information
• Conduct in a professional manner
• Able to walk for extended periods of time

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, be driven, and goal-oriented
• Transportation to and from work
• Excellent verbal communication skills and organization
• Establish rapport with customers
• Coachable

Preferred

• Previous sales / customer service experience
• Previous canvassing experience

• Monday to Friday
